1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a NexusERP account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are provided as described in our billing policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Your data must not infringe third-party rights.
5. Your data
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into NexusERP. We process your data to provide the service and never sell it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime on a modern cloud infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to keep the platform available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
